Black Portion of the sole came apart after one wearing. Pulled it off and continued to wear but doesn't say much for the quality of this item

They look good....
and they work if you have thin feet but normal people who wear Dr. Scholls shoes don't. And from what I read, the E width isn't much wider so the pair I bought my husband will go to the homeless which is good for them but now I need to find another pair for my husband.

Soles wear out too quickly!
I've had three pairs of these and found out that the soles wear out quickly. They are comfortable and if you only wear them occasionally they might work for you. If you wear them all the time, you'd have to replace them every 3 or 4 months.

Dr. Schools leather sneakers
These sneakers are very comfortable but the soles do not last very long. I have worn mine for less than a year and the soles are worn out already.

The shoes were comfortable and supporting for the first week or 2, then the insole came unglued and the outer sole, especially the heel, started sagging on the "outstep" just like all soft-sole shoes have under my 470+ lbs. What I really need till I can lose 1/2 my weight is a sole that's only soft on the instep and nearly rigid on the outer heel.
