When should I expect my order to arrive?
Most orders are processed and are shipped within 2 business days of receipt of your order.
For Standard Shipping, allow 6 to 8 business days from when the package leaves our warehouse. We ship to AK and HI for an additional charge of $8.99. (Please expect delivery in 8-12 business days.)
In addition to our regular delivery, 3-Day Delivery* is available for an additional $8.99 per address. 3-Day Delivery is not available for PO Box, APO or FPO addresses, or on orders of products that ship direct from vendors. 3-Day Delivery cannot ship outside the US, with the exception of Puerto Rico.
Orders will be shipped and delivered within 3 days from when it leaves our warehouse. Note: Order processing in the warehouse can take up to 36 hours.
Orders placed after 3:30 p.m. EST will be considered next business day.
Can items be shipped internationally?
Currently Haband only ships within the 50 United States plus American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, Palau, Virgin Islands, Armed Forces America, Armed Forces Europe and Armed Forces Pacific. Haband items are not eligible for Canadian shipping.
Which products are available online, compared to the items offered in the magazine ads and the flyers that Haband sends by U.S. Mail?
To make your online shipping as convenient as possible, all items offered for sale via our magazine ads and mail order flyers are available online. There are also items that are exclusively on the Haband web site that you will not find in any of our direct mail or magazine ads.
How do I place an order from a direct mail flyer or magazine ad at the Haband web site?
If you have a flyer or magazine advertisement, enter the item number into the Search Box in the upper right corner of the website and click Search. There is a Search box on every page of the site. After you select the size, color and quantity you'd like click on the Add to Shopping Bag button. To order additional items, just enter the next item number into the Search box. Once you have entered the numbers for all of the items you want, click the Checkout button and follow all instructions.
How do I order items pictured on the web site?
When shopping online, simply click on the item you want, select a color, size, and quantity, then click the Add to Shopping Bag button. Once you have selected all of the items you want, click on the Checkout button. Can I redeem a Gift Coupon online?
Gift coupons and gift cards are not redeemable online at this time. To pay for your order with a gift coupon or gift card, please call us toll-free at 1-800-217-2916.
What should I expect to happen once I place an online order?
Your order will be processed within 1 business day. You will receive email updates from Customer Service when your order ships, or if the status of your order changes.
How do I know if my online order is secure? What happens to my name and order information?
We use a secure server to protect your ordering information as it comes to us via the Internet. This means that all information such as name, address and your credit card number entered in the checkout section of our online store is encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). How will I know if I've won one of the "First 50" promotions?
From time to time, Haband Company offers prizes to the first set number of people that order from a given mailing. The winners are selected based upon when their order is received and processed by us and are notified by first class mail. Haband employees and their families are not eligible to win prizes.
Since not all of the solicitations from these mailings enter the US mail stream on the same date, prizes are allocated to each portion of the mailing based upon the mail date. This ensures that all recipients of the mailing have as equal a chance as possible of winning, regardless of where they live.
Haband telemarketing representatives are not able to access information about winners of these contests.
When is my credit card charged?
We will charge your card for merchandise as it is ticketed and ready to shop.

Can I return something I purchased online?
Yes, in most cases. The vast majority of items purchased from Haband are covered by our 100% satisfaction guarantee, and in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return qualifying merchandise for an exchange, or a refund of the merchandise amount (shipping & handling excluded). Any merchandise not covered by this policy will clearly state the exemption on its product page located at Haband.com.
How do I make a return?
Complete the Return/Exchange Form included with your packaging. If you don't have the Return/Exchange Form, just be sure to include your name, address and customer number, along with instructions whether to exchange the item or refund the merchandise purchase price in the original form of payment.
Detach and enclose the Return/Exchange Form (or include your return/exchange information as noted above) in the package with the merchandise you are returning.
Use our convenient easy return label, found on your packing slip, to ship your package. It's pre-addressed and pre-paid. The return shipping and handling charges will be deducted from your refund. Please note that some heavier packages or items shipped directly from the manufacturer or shipped outside the continental United States do not include an easy return label.
Simply attach the easy return label to your return package and give the package to your Postal Carrier or drop it off at any U.S. Post Office location — no need to stand in line!
No additional postage required and no need to insure your package. It is already included.
At your own cost, you may also use the delivery service of your choice to return your order.

What are the benefits of registering with Haband?
When you register with Haband we will securely store your personal information so that you do not need to re-enter it each time you order. We will also store your order history so that you can refer back to sizes and colors that you've purchased in the past. Does Haband use down in the manufacturing process of any of its clothing?
No, Haband does not use down in ANY of its products. In fact, Haband has been recognized by PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) as an industrial leader in terms of ethical retail.
What should I know about items shipped directly from the manufacturer?
Several items we carry are shipped directly from the manufacturer and not warehoused by Haband. These items may be subject to a 12% restocking fee by the manufacturer should they be returned.

What is VIP Plus and who do I contact with questions?
The VIP Plus membership is a signed up for membership that offers discounts and benefit rewards for future Haband purchases ― like 10% off every purchase you make with Haband. You are only enrolled if you sign up and agree to be enrolled. We never enroll you automatically. Once enrolled you will receive a welcome packet in the mail. The first 30 days of your membership will be for the low cost of $1.99. After your trial, your membership will automatically continue for just $14.97 a month, and will be charged to the credit card you authorized when you enrolled. If you decide not to continue your membership after your 30 day trial, simply log onto HabandVIPPlus.com or call 855-226-7051 to cancel. Of course, there's no obligation to continue. You can cancel at any time if you're not completely satisfied, and there will be no future charges.
